NEW ATTORNEYS
To meet the demands of the firm’s growth, we have welcomed two new attorneys to the firm.
Marty Lester, an experienced attorney and educator, is working from the Columbus office and his practice will focus on residential real estate and probate. Marty spent the last 27 years as an educator, serving as Headmaster at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Mobile, Alabama for eight years and then as Head of School at Brookstone School in Columbus, GA. Before becoming an educator, Marty practiced law in Mobile, Alabama and Jackson, Mississippi spending time in the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office and then working in the areas of Oil and Gas, Probate and Mental Health Law.
Ashley Freedman is an accomplished real estate attorney who has joined the Northside office. Ashley represents developers, builders, purchasers, sellers and lenders in transactions at all phases of residential real estate, from land acquisition and development to closing homebuyer sales and refinancing. Ashley’s practice benefits from her experience litigating and negotiating title disputes and challenging property tax assessments.
