Probate Paralegal/Legal Assistant 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. You will need to manage Georgia probate and evictions, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant files from initial intake through final resolution. This includes drafting state-specific pleadings, managing strict court deadlines, utilizing our case management stack, and coordinating with external vendors. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Probate and Evictions
