At GSHWM, our leasing practice focuses on responsiveness and cost-efficiency. Our work extends from landlords’ multi-building portfolios to one-off leases, and from national retail tenants to corporate real estate programs. Our practice is anchored by specialists devoted to leasing who have prepared and negotiated leases involving a variety of property types throughout the Southeast.
Our leasing team brings a pragmatic business perspective to the negotiation process. We take pride in understanding our clients’ businesses and needs, as well as our knowledge of the economic environment and the market in which our clients’ transactions take place in order to maximize lease protections for them.
Being fully embedded within our Real Estate Practice enables us to fully understand the lender’s role in the lease approval process and the competing interests of landlords, tenants and lenders in leasing transactions. We pride ourselves on our ability to negotiate tri-party deals between these interested parties.
