When someone inherits a house, the first instinct is almost always to sell it as fast as possible.
Chandler hears it constantly, and what he tells families is that the urgency is usually grief, not a deadline. Probate carries a stigma it does not deserve. It is a process, it takes time, and finding out early whether you even need it is what keeps it from becoming the problem people expect.
