Michelle Valente Lee represents lenders, buyers, and sellers covering all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining GSHWM, Michelle was in private practice where she conducted a high volume of purchase and refinance closings, performed deed-in-lieu transactions for Bank of America, conducted Georgia REO sales on behalf of PNC Bank, and participated in REO sales for Auction.com.

• Representation of CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, an affiliate of Centex Homes, a national homebuilder and Fortune 500 member; represented CTX as closing attorney for Centex Homes for nearly a decade.
• Representation of Wayne Homes of Georgia, a national homebuilder and designer of “build your lot” custom homes.
• Representation of a variety of local businesses in connection with the acquisition of commercial property throughout the metro-Atlanta area
