Michelle Valente Lee represents lenders, buyers, and sellers covering all aspects of residential real estate transactions.

Prior to joining GSHWM, Michelle was in private practice where she conducted a high volume of purchase and refinance closings, performed deed-in-lieu transactions for Bank of America, conducted Georgia REO sales on behalf of PNC Bank, and participated in REDC auctions for REO sales.
