ATLANTA (July 10, 2024) – GSH Attorneys, a real estate law firm with offices throughout Atlanta and in Columbus, has announced that Denienne Steele has joined the firm as part of the growing Landlord-Tenant Practice.
“We are pleased to have Denienne join us as an associate and she will work out of our Northside office,” said Managing Partner Vanessa Goggans. “Denienne comes to us by way of the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s office, where she practiced as an Assistant Solicitor General for nine years. She is also an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School where she teaches Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration and is a great addition to our practice.”
The Landlord-Tenant Practice at GSH Attorneys represents residential and commercial landlords and provides complete landlord tenant representation including dispossessory services.
Steele graduated from Spelman College in 2006 with a major in Political Science. After attending Spelman College, she attended Georgia State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2010. She was sworn into the State Bar of Georgia in November 2010. In her spare time, Steele has served on the executive board for the National Black Prosecutors Association and the Greater Atlanta Black Prosecutors Association. She is a member of Junior League Dekalb and a mentor and steering committee member for the Spelman College’s Sister2Sister Program.
