ATLANTA (November 20, 2024) – GSH Attorneys, a real estate law firm with offices throughout Atlanta and in Columbus, has announced that Vito Polera and Scott Mills have joined the firm.
“We are pleased to have Vito and Scott on our team,” said Managing Partner Vanessa Goggans. “Adding these experienced real estate attorneys also allows us to open a new office in Kennesaw and increase the number of attorneys working in the busy Alpharetta office.”
Polera is a licensed attorney, broker, and General Contractor, which gives him the big picture in understanding how all the pieces fit together in any given real estate transaction. “Our builder clients will be glad to have another lawyer who can talk the talk!” said Goggans. Polera also has experience in the solar farm and solar battery energy storage land/construction transaction space (leases and purchases). He earned his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Florida.
Mills has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law and also handles relocations. His clients represent the full spectrum of the real estate industry including real estate professionals and non-professionals, individual buyers and sellers, real estate agents, builders, developers, lenders and investors. In addition, he has experience in estate planning and business formations. Mills is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in business administration/finance and his law degree is from Mercer University.
