Eli focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and finance, representing developers, homeowners, prospective purchasers and lenders in all phases of residential real estate transactions from acquisition and development to financing and sales, through end-sale closings.
Eli counsels developers in the creation, documentation, and financing of master-planned developments and community associations. He also has experience reviewing and analyzing title commitments, including working with title insurance underwriters to clear title prior to closings.
Eli is a 2021 graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. During his time at GSU, Eli was the recipient of the Catherine Henson Law Scholarship and served as a Research Assistant to Professor Jack Williams.
