| Chandler represents developers, builders, purchasers, sellers and lenders in all phases of residential real estate transactions, from land acquisition and development to closing homebuyer sales and refinancings. Chandler is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A., 2018) and Georgia State University College of Law (J.D., 2021). Prior to joining GSH, Chandler practiced estate law in Atlanta for three years, assisting clients with establishing their estate plans and counseling them through the probate process after the loss of a loved one. In his free time, Chandler enjoys spending time with his pets, playing golf and trying new restaurants and cuisines. |
