Mr. Stutzman represents developers, builders, purchasers, sellers and lenders in all phases of residential real estate transactions, from land acquisition and development to closing homebuyer sales and refinancings. Prior to joining GSH Attorneys, Mr. Stutzman practiced estate law in Atlanta for three years, assisting clients with establishing their estate plans and counseling them through the probate process after the loss of a loved one. 

In his free time, Chandler enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, playing golf and trying new restaurants and cuisines.
