Scott Gazlay is an attorney in the firm’s Residential Real Estate Practice and manages the Braselton office. Mr. Gazlay practices in the areas of residential real estate and finance, representing homebuyers, homeowners and lenders in all phases of residential real estate transactions. He primarily focuses on title curative work and conducting closings on residential real estate.
Mr. Gazlay frequently reviews and dissects the Georgia Association of realtors (“GAR”) form contract to provide real estate agents with contractual advice and tips. He also works closely with title insurance underwriters to determine if properties are marketable and insurable.
Mr. Gazlay and his wife, Ashley, have four children and live in Flowery Branch. Even when Mr. Gazlay is not in the office, he prides himself on being available to his clients. Customer service has always been his top priority since becoming a closing attorney.
