We have an exciting announcement this new year. Since the 1980s, people have known us as Morris, Manning & Martin. Now our residential real estate practice is launching as a brand-new firm. Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize – named for our founding partners – will continue to deliver excellent service under our new brand.
We launch the new firm with the support of Morris, Manning and Martin’s leadership, who worked with us to ensure a smooth transition. As a matter of fact, we remain an affiliate of MMM, which retains a portion of ownership. The firms will, of course, continue to refer legal matters to each other as needs arise.
The reason for this change is simple. The needs of the residential group’s clients are quite different from those of MMM as a whole. As such, we been operating as a separate business unit within the larger firm for some time. This change in structure allows us to set specific growth objectives, establish a new structure and focus more closely on what we do best – serving our clients in the residential market.
Rest assured that all deals and contracts are moving forward as planned. Our locations and contact information will remain the same for now. We will soon share information about a new website and email addresses.
