Vito enjoys handling matters in many areas of real estate, construction, and business law for investors, developers, contractors, as well as individual buyers and sellers of real estate. Vito is the fifth generation of his family to be professionally involved in real estate and construction and holds licenses as an attorney, real estate broker, certified building contractor, and general contractor in multiple jurisdictions, and he uses his experience in these roles to better advise his clients regarding their real estate business activities.

Vito was born in Omaha, Nebraska but grew up in different towns around the Northeast and in Florida. Vito is a “Double Gator”, with both his BS in Finance and JD coming from the University of Florida. Before moving to his wife’s hometown in the open spaces of rural North Georgia, Vito lived and worked in New York, Japan, and Florida. Vito has worked with international clients in major markets like Manhattan, Palm Beach, Atlanta, Tokyo, Rome, and Vatican City.

Vito’s practice entails a vast array of specialty areas in the real estate and construction realm, including, but not limited to, commercial and residential transactions and disputes, solar farm and battery energy storage deals, corporate formation and asset protection, development concerns including entitlements, construction issues and contracts of all types (AIA, AGC/ConsensusDocs, DBIA, custom, etc.), HOA/POA and condo matters, and more.

Vito has experience with Spanish and Japanese language and culture, and his hobbies include crochet, fountain pens, and video games; and he thoroughly enjoys reading Percy Jackson books with his kids and doing activities outside with the whole family. Vito and his family have one dog (a large goofy Airedale, with another on the way (a black German Shepherd Dog).
