Shannah Ware is a Post-Closing Coordinator in the Atlanta office. Shannah has experience in handling post-closing issues with closed real estate files by responding to various concerns from purchasers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other attorney offices. She supervises the disbursing/post-closing team to ensure closed loan paperwork, checks and recorded documents are sent to all parties. In addition, Shannah handles the e-recording of deeds and other documents. Additionally, she prepares corrective documents to rectify errors.
