Asya is a disburser and assistant pre-closer in our Northeast Metro Atlanta office. As a disburser, she ensures the proper documents and funds are being disbursed and executed in a timely manner to various recipients including mortgage lending companies, clients, agents, insurance firms, and homeowners associations. Additionally, she oversees that the proper deeds are being recorded both physically and electronically to the correct county officials.
